Instructors:

• Domenika Turkovic – Professional pickleball player based in Zagreb, Croatia, with a DUPR rating of approximately 5.42 and a career win rate of over 53% across 29+ professional tournaments (including APP Tour events and English Open women's singles champion). Former top-ranked junior tennis player in Croatia and NCAA Division I athlete (UCF and Arizona State University), she transitioned to pickleball in 2023 after coaching, quickly advancing to full-time professional competition.
• Marko Lovrinovic – Experienced pickleball player and coach, eligible pro with participation in professional events (including PPA and APP tournaments) and a 50% career win rate in tracked matches. With a background in competitive tennis (college at Belmont University and Virginia Tech) and coaching in the US, he represents Croatia in international competitions and helps organize pickleball events.

Language: Assistance in English will be available 24/7

Pickleball camp program overview:

1. 2hrs of clinics a day (usually in the morning)

2. Additional hour of open play right after the clinics (optional)

3. Players can book their own courts in the afternoon or take lessons

4. First hour is drilling and demonstration

5. Second hour is real life scenarios and points at the end, Q&A

6. Talks about warm-up and stretching

7. Beach side chat with the pros one afternoon

8. Finish up with a tournament style open play or round robin

 

Day 1: Perfecting the basics: kitchen line dinks

Day 2: Most important shot in pickleball: hitting volleys, increasing reaction time, reading the game

Day 3: Drive or drop: why to hit a drive or drop and how to do it

Day 4: Serve and return: how to hit it, where to hit it, what to do after hitting it

Day 5: Partner communication: setting up your partner, finishing the point, moving with your partner

Day 6: Live ball: live strategy, mental game, game breakdown

The program schedule may be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal playing conditions and best overall experience for our guests.

• 180+ days before start: Full refund, minus 20% non-refundable deposit
• 90–119 days before start: 50% refund of the total trip price
• 60–89 days before start: 25% refund of the total trip price
