Payment option
Bank transfer, PayPal and by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners credit cards.
50% deposit is due immediately on booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departur. In case due date is less than 45 days, 100% payment is required.
Complaint policy and procedure
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Nar. Nov., No. 41/14.) we would like to inform you that dissatisfaction with respect to the purchased product or service provided can be expressed in writing at our office.
